General Warranty Coverage
Our products are warranted to be free from material defects in workmanship, materials, and construction from the date of delivery for the applicable period when used for normal, residential indoor use. Only designated outdoor items and outdoor area rugs are warranted for outdoor use.
Exclusions: Our products are not warranted against normal wear and tear, commercial use, accidents, abuse, or neglect, nor from damage resulting from improper use, care, or storage. Our warranty does not cover products used in commercial or non-residential settings. Because many of our products are handcrafted and crafted with natural materials, variations in size, shape, and color can be expected. Warranty Service
If you have an issue with a product that you believe is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us by phone, email, or via the Customer Help page on our website. Please provide your sales order number if available. Having photos of the affected item(s) ready to send will help us assist you as quickly as possible.
If the item(s) are outside of our standard delivery area, a service fee will apply if warranty service is performed in-home. To avoid a service fee, customers may transport the item(s) directly to our store or warehouse.
The sole remedy provided by Tyner Furniture under this warranty will be to repair or replace the product or any part thereof. We reserve the right to decide the appropriate remedy at our sole discretion. If we decide to replace a product we no longer carry, we will replace it with a comparable product of like kind, quality, and equal or lesser value. Refunds, if any, will be adjusted for the product’s use and age. If your product is repaired or replaced, the limited warranty period will not be renewed or extended. Your Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion/limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
Because of the natural variations in wood and hand-finishing techniques used to create many wood products, finish colors may vary from piece to piece. These warranties do not cover such natural variations or any differences between floor samples, fabric swatches, illustrations (in print or digital), and your delivered item(s).
Tyner Furniture is also not responsible for color variations in fabric or leather upholstery resulting from dye lot differences on non-concurrent orders. Tyner Furniture warranties do not cover products sold “as is,” used in a commercial or non-residential setting, or shipped outside the contiguous United States by you or a third-party freight forwarder. Any abuse or product modification by the customer voids this warranty.
