Spent two afternoons with sales associate, Tina Perry, choosing four entire rooms of furniture. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Her design expertise was invaluable as this could have been a very daunting task. She was up front regarding the supply chain delays, although it still took quite a bit longer than anticipated. When the furniture was delivered, I was extremely pleased. The quality of all the furniture is outstanding and the delivery was smooth and efficient. The only complaint that I had was that the manufacturer failed to provide the necessary hardware for the placement of the mirror on one of the bedroom dressers. I notified Tina of the issue and she immediately started to work on obtaining the appropriate hardware and will have someone come back out to install. All in all, a good experience.

We recently bought two full size mattresses from Tyner’s Furniture. Nicholas Packett was the sales person. Nicholas was exceedingly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We had a difficult time deciding which mattresses were the most comfortable and returned many times to lay on the mattresses we personally found most comfortable. We eventually decided and ordered the mattresses. Nicholas was always terrific and helpful.We couldn’t ask for better support than what Tyner’s Furniture, in general, or Nicholas provided. We had started looking for mattresses at three mattress companies prior to going to Tyner’s. Tyner’s had competitive pricing and an extremely high level of service. I expect great furniture at moderate prices from Tyners. What I didn't expect was the wonderful salesperson Nicholas Packett. He was so unimposing and left me to browse when I wanted, and then when I had questions, he became the most thorough and helpful salesperson I have encountered. He disclosed information that I didn't know to ask, and enabled me to form an opinion about what I needed. Nicholas is also pleasant and personable. I will seek him out when I return to Tyners.
